How do you build a brand and impress a client who’s in the business of building solid, long-lasting structures? There’s no option but to build an equally strong brand. Easier... said than done but that's what we did and still do for AAA Realty - one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Ahmedabad. The journey started with revamping AAA Realty's brand identity and then led to a lot of beautiful milestones in the form of integrated branding and communication for each of their subsequent properties.

Unlike most real estate players who just show glorified elevation shots in their communication paired with generic copy, we gave well-thought concepts and interesting copy because we believe that when it comes to building a brand, every little thing matters. So every print ad campaign, outdoor campaign, property brochure, social media creative we did had an idea, a concept. For instance, we developed an interesting integrated campaign for one of their commercial properties whose main talking point was that it is located right across one of the best and the biggest parks in the town. One may think what's the connection of a commercial property and a park but that's what the power of an idea is all about - to connect two seemingly disconnected things and create something fresh and relevant altogether. The client lapped up the idea and it brought in the numbers they had expected. Now what more can one ask for!
