Shantikrupa Estates Private Limited developed a luxury villa project near Thol Bird Sanctuary in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project was designed by a USA based agency, Burt Hill, and we were tasked with creating a campaign that would generate excitement and drive sales. And it was a fresh escape from the concrete jungle we constantly stay in.
The project was titled The Otherside – it encompasses all the elements that give you an escape from the everyday, routine life.First up, we created communication that was simple yet thought-provoking. ‘Let Kids Be Kids’ is a very simple statement with a powerful emotion attached to it.
The Otherside embraces the lush green sides and serene water bodies, and we captured exactly that through the creatives. Be it the property brochure or the brand campaign, the property signages or the event mailers, everything had the charm and refreshing feel of dewy grass.
We opted for a minimal, zen-like visual language that successfully ticked all expectation boxes and also led to more sales. Keeping the colour palette of white and green, we kept the perfect balance of fresh yet pleasing to the eye.
